The Old Time Fiddle Contest is About to Begin at the Branson Landing!

Get ready for the 22nd Annual Old Time Fiddle Contest at the Branson Landing starting this Saturday, August 28th. The fiddling fun will go on both Saturday and Sunday, and there will also be a concert with Big Smith on Friday night at 8:00 pm. These festivities are all free, so you can enjoy the competitions, the Sunday Morning Gospel Service, and the finals taking place all weekend long. Make reservations for a place to stay in Branson, and then head on over for the Old Time Fiddle Contest. While you’re at it check out these other attractions that feature the fiddle.

Come see Branson’s first show, the Baldknobbers Jamboree Show, which has been a local mainstay since 1959. The show is a wonderful medley of country, gospel, and bluegrass music with hilarious comedy in-between. You’ll have plenty of smiles and laughs with the whole family. Even if you’ve experienced the Baldknobbers Jamboree Show before, the music, comedy, and entertainment changes from year to year, so you won’t see the same show twice!
