Come to Branson on July 11 around noon to the Branson Landing to see great performances by talented kids from all over the United States. American Kids, Inc. is a non-profit organization which has been around for over 28 years that helps kids develop in character strengths. See dancing, juggling, singing, ventriloquism, and more from kids ranging in age from 4 to 18 years old. Bring the whole family to see these great performances from wonderfully talented kids.
While the family is in Branson, why not check out some great family activities. One fantastic family favorite is a trip to Silver Dollar City. Celebrate Independence Day at Mount Rushmore
Mount Rushmore is perhaps one of the most fitting places to celebrate Independence Day. This year’s celebration is packed with two days of fun and activities. This year at Mount Rushmore there will not be a fireworks display due to the infestation of Mountain Pine Beetles that have left standing dead trees which cause a high fire danger. In place of the fireworks display will be a sculpture lighting.
While in the Mount Rushmore area, there are several great activities to experience. One activity is the Mount Rushmore Grand Legends Tour. You can see the great presidents, shop for souvenirs, visit exhibits, and tour the visitor center. Also during your tour see Custer State Park. Here you can have lunch then see Sylvan Lake. After seeing the Crazy Horse Memorial take a ride on the 1880 train through the rugged terrain of South Dakota and the Black Hills.

Visit San Antonio for the Fourth of July
Celebrate the 234th Birthday of our Nation in San Antonio with the Fourth of July Jazz Explosion on July 2 or the Fourth of July festival at Market Square from July 3-5. The Jazz Explosion will start Friday at 7:00 pm at The Plaza Club on the top floor of The Frost Bank building. While enjoying a fantastic view of the city, you will also experience an evening packed with fantastic food and amazing music. The Historic Market Square will host a Fourth of July celebration filled with booths, live music, arts and crafts, and much much more!
