If you are looking for something unique to do while visiting New York City, why not head to the Bronx Zoo for a fun and educational adventure your family won’t soon forget? The zoo has hundreds of animals, birds, reptiles, fish and insects for you to visit and plenty of exhibits you can spend hours viewing including the Butterfly Garden, Congo Gorilla Forest and Astor Court and Sea Lion Pool. The Bronx Zoo is open year-round although some rides and exhibits are open depending on the weather.  If you are interested in visiting the zoo multiple days, you can make reservations for our New York lodging.

For a different kind of adventure, head to Lyndhurst, New Jersey where you can ride the roller coasters to your hearts content at Six Flags Great Adventure. Guests will find an endless amount of things to see and do with areas including Wiggles World, Looney Tunes Seaport, Main Street and Fantasy Forest. There are also plenty of show and dining options for your family to enjoy.

You don’t want to go to New York and forget to sample some of the city’s world-famous pizza so make sure to book your reservations for A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour. This four hour guided tour will take you throughout Brooklyn where you will sample pizza from various restaurants and learn fun and interesting facts about the food that has taken America by storm. On the tour you will also have the opportunity to many points of interest and landmarks such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Coney Island, Keyspan Park and Trump Village.  So bring your camera and your appetite because you will definitely need both on the A Slice of Brooklyn Pizza Tour.
