In less than two months, the skies of Albuquerque will be saturated with a flotilla of near endless colors, shapes and sizes due to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. And with the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta/New Mexico’s Land of Enchantment you will find a guided journey into this internationally known festival and the southwest complete with six nights’ lodging, 12 meals, deluxe motor coach transportation throughout the area and more!

Throughout the excursion, you will experience the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway, tour numerous popular sites in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Taos, and take in a day at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta complete with viewings of the morning Mass Accession and evening Balloon Glow.

Of course, space along the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta/New Mexico’s Land of Enchantment is extremely limited with only two departure dates: October 2 and 6. Those interested in learning more about the guided vacation and placing reservations can do so online.

Additionally, you can find numerous other guided vacations throughout the southwest online.

Or for those looking specifically for adventure regardless of its location, there are numerous guided adventure-themed vacation packages online as well.

I think this would be fun. I would actually be interested in riding in a hot air balloon rather than watching.

  2. Ashley says:

I’d love to see the sunset from a hot air balloon!

  3. Andy says:

Riding in a hot air balloon is definitely a one-of-a-kind experience, but there is something entirely special about watching from the ground as literally hundreds of balloons launch. I hope you get to go and take in both experiences!

  4. Laura says:

I have never ridden in a hot air balloon, but have always wanted to. I bet Albuquerque is even more beautiful from up in the air.
