Top Off the Summer with a Myrtle Beach Arts and Crafts Festival!

From August 6-8, more than 250 of the finest artists, sculptors, and craftsmen will be displaying detailed art projects to the public at the Craftsmen’s Classic Arts and Crafts Festival. You’ll be able to walk through the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and see everything from colored pottery to rustic, wooden figurines. This 28th annual festival provides enough variety for almost any artistic interest, whether classic or modern. As long as you’re visiting, you can book your summer lodging as well.

While you’re here, you might want to try one of five of Ripley’s unique attractions, the Marvelous Mirror Maze. Keep together with your friends or family as you walk through this fun illusion-oriented structure, with reflections on almost every wall. Keep track of your steps inside the 2,000 square foot area, and pay attention lest you start seeing yourself in every corner!

For a summer excursion to cool off, book your tickets to the Myrtle Waves Waterpark, boasting its claim as the largest water park in the state with 20 acres and many different rides. Experience the fun with enormous 10-story-tall Turbo Twister. Cool off with all kinds of rides ranging from a calm inner tube float for small children to an intense volcanic water ride for adults.

Receive your fill of the arts, entertainment, and interaction with these great attractions in August. Take your own vacation, or bring your friends and family along for the excitement.
