Charm and old fashioned values are a huge part of what make the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area such a popular place to visit. Experience both and have the chance to take a bit of that charm back with you when you visit the Gatlinburg Convention CenterĀ in July from the 16th to the 24th for Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair. The fair features over 200 booths set up by craftsmen who are selling a variety of wonderful things for you to browse. Many of the craftsmen are considered to be the best in the nation, so you know you’re getting quality as well as a great souvenir when you choose to buy some of their wares!
After your fun at the fair, enjoy some of the other wonderful attractions that Gatlinburg is known for. Get a taste of the great country entertainment of the area with the Blackbear Jamboree Dinner and Show. A fantastic show featuring everything from bluegrass to oldies will have you tapping your toes throughout the show. The show even includes a delicious meal, so you can eat while you watch. Southern-style favorites will have your taste buds tingling. It’s a wonderful dinner and show experience for the whole family.
You can’t visit Gatlinburg without taking the time to appreciate the Smoky Mountains. Get the Blue Ridge Activity Pass in order to have many options for exploring the area. The Asheville Historic Trolley Tour, Wildwater Rafting Trip, and Great Smoky Mountain Fish Camp with Tubing are just a few of the fantastic opportunities for fun in the Smokies that you can take advantage of. You will have over 30 options for fun and excitement with the pass. It’s an activity pass you must have for your vacation.

I love arts and crafts. I think Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair sounds like a great time. I would definitely love to do that and get the Blue Ridge Activity Pass. Between those two things you would have a lot of fun things to do on vacation!
