It is time once again to join thousands of artisans and craftsmen at the annual Tennessee Association of Craft Artists’ Fall Craft Fair. This is the 31st year of this annual event that draws thousands of visitors to Nashville.

The Annual Fall Craft Fair will take place September 25 through 27 at the Centennial Park in Nashville. This event is great for both shoppers and artists as they can meet together and share their mutual love for craft works. The special guest for this year’s fair is Newberry and Son’s Chairs. They will be on site doing live demonstrations of chair making and wood working.

The Fall Craft Fair will feature over 150 different craftsmen and artists. The fair is a juried show, meaning that artists must submit an application and be accepted to appear. Shoppers will be able to find a variety of goods, ranging from wood working, textiles, photographs, jewelry, and more. The fair also features various live demonstrations. The fair also features opportunities for kids, as well. Young visitors can look forward to special entertainment and demonstrations just for them. Kids can enjoy hands-on crafts and art stations.

The craft fair features free parking and admission. In addition, a number of food vendors will be on site. As this fair draws more than 40,000 visitors each year, plan ahead and make your lodging reservations now for your Nashville trip.

While in Nashville for the weekend, why not take advantage of some of the great live performances that the city is famous for? The Grand Ole Opry features shows both Friday and Saturday night, and performers scheduled to appear the weekend of the craft fair include Pam Tillis and Craig Morgan.
